Subcontractor
LIW will hire subcontractors and offer training after which they will become a certified LIW installer. Subcontractors will be responsible for hiring, training, and paying their own employees. Subcontractors must be able to provide their own transportation to job sites, installation tools, and safety gear. Subcontractors will be required to have a business insurance policy. If a subcontractor does not have insurance then LIW will assist with setting up insurance policies, however subcontractors will be responsible for paying all premiums. Payment will be calculated based on linear ft. at an agreed rate (commission). Subcontractors will be hired per installation work order. This is a great opportunity for subcontractors to start or grow their own business.
